Our Journey
ISM Agency was founded in April 2024 by Mikaela. In August, Fredrika joined the team, and since then, our business has grown significantly. With a combined experience of over 7 years, we are true experts in the Microsoft Advertising platform.
The 2024 Team
With over a decade of experience in the field, Mikaela Eigelsreiter founded ISM Agency back in April 2024 with the vision of working with and growing Microsoft Advertising in the MENA region.Here are three quick questions to get to know her better:
What is the best part about working at ISM Agency?
There are so many good things.. but the best one is that I get to do what I love every day. To build new and strengthen relationships with very talented people, interacting with clients on a regular basis and see their engagement to the product gives me so much energy. I love to develop my skills by learning from clients and to see them succeed with their results is the absolute best part about my job.
What accomplishments are you the most proud of since you started the company back in April 2024?
Wow, so many things have happened so fast in the last 6 months. What I’m the most proud of is that we hired Fredrika and that she is going to be a Partner at ISM. She is so talented and skilled within Microsoft Advertising and I couldn’t have asked for a better companion at this point. To close our first client in the MENA region and seeing how the results are increasing for each day was a proudfull moment as well. A Milestone that proves hard work pays off 
Is there anything happening in the nearest future that you are particularly excited about?
Yes! We are going on a business trip to Dubai to attend GITEX Global and meet with clients and partners in the UAE. As ISM agency is focusing on the MENA region, this trip is very valuable for us to connect with both new and existing clients. I’m looking forward to seeing as many of you there!

What is the best part about working at ISM Agency?
The best part is the flexibility to learn so many aspects of digital marketing. Even though we focus on MSA products, working at a startup offers so much more. Growing the business alongside Mikaela is incredibly inspiring and something I’ve always dreamed of doing.
What made you choose Microsoft Ads as your focus area?
Back when I started working with Microsoft Ads in 2019, I was drawn to the “underdog” feeling and the immense growth potential. Working with one of the world’s biggest brands, I saw endless opportunities with Microsoft Ads. Specializing in this rapidly growing field has been transformative, allowing me to engage with diverse companies, adapt to new product releases, and continuously educate myself. This decision has truly shaped my career in Digital Marketing.
What motivates you in your work?
My colleagues and clients! When you’re privileged to work with inspiring people, you can thrive with any product or service. I’m fortunate to be inspired by my team every day.
